At Harvey Park Farm we raise all grass fed Ancient White Park beef animals with a few Herefords and Angus-Herefords crosses. The Ancient White park have a healthy benefit of a high degree of the omega-3 fatty acids (the good type of fat) which gives our meat a natural tenderness without the artery clogging fats of commercial beef. Our animals are raised in an all-natural environment without use of hormones, antibiotics or harmful chemicals. Our beef is sold as individual retail cuts or sides and quarters at our farm, this web site and other retail outlets.
